“Did someone already book that?”
You check the chat, ask a colleague and look through a notebook before you can answer a simple availability question.
Give customers one page to choose a branch and an available time. Keep bookings, payment records and staff follow-ups together, so your team can answer “Are we available?” and “Has it been paid?” without digging through old messages.
Customers pay your business directly through GCash, Maya or QR Ph. We help you track bookings and payment records; we do not collect the money for you.
Set up first. Keep all 14 days.
Your trial starts after business approval.
For example, if you own a pickleball court, see who has booked, what they have paid and what still needs your attention.

Check the receipt before confirming the booking.
Every time your team has to piece the story together, a customer waits and another task gets interrupted.
You check the chat, ask a colleague and look through a notebook before you can answer a simple availability question.
A screenshot and a confirmed payment are different things. Your team needs to see what was checked and what is still waiting.
A changed date can leave the customer, the front desk and the next shift working from different information.
The purpose is simple: help your team understand the booking, the money and the next action together.
See the customer’s full name, date, time and assigned practitioner, room or space together, so the person answering the customer has the details in front of them.
Separate a verified deposit from an unchecked receipt, then see the outstanding balance. Daily, weekly and monthly summaries give the owner a clearer view.
Bring pending approvals, reschedules, cancellations and refund situations into view, so a busy team can see which booking needs a follow-up.
The examples use fictional bookings. Sign in to manage your own business’s saved settings, booking records and financial reports.
See what fits your business and what it costs. No account needed.
You should not need to count screenshots to know what came in. Bring bookings, recorded collections and follow-ups into one view, so your next decision starts with the details.
Review daily, weekly and monthly collections. Separate verified deposits, balance payments and refunds, so you know what the figures actually mean.
See receipts waiting for review, unpaid balances, pending approvals and refund tasks beside the customer’s booking.
Look at reservations and booked resource hours alongside the calendar. See where time is committed before deciding what to open or block.
Switch branch views to check the selected location’s schedule and recorded activity, while keeping its identity clear.

Illustrative transactions. Collections are not profit. Customers pay your business directly; your team verifies actual receipt of funds.
Follow a fictional customer’s reservation, deposit and next steps. This pickleball example shows how the booking details fit together; other businesses have their own services and booking needs.
Maria’s booking shows her full name, session and court. The team can identify the reservation without searching a message thread.
The example separates the ₱300 received from the ₱300 still to collect. An uploaded receipt remains pending until it is checked.

Every business gets its own hosted business URL and promotional QR code, included with every plan at no extra charge. Set it up once with your services, photos, branches and booking options. Share it on your social media pages, and edit your information whenever it changes.
Add it to your Facebook page, Instagram bio, social posts, ads and customer messages. Send people straight to your business page, where they can see your services, location, photos and booking options.
Use your promotional QR code in social media graphics, posters, menus, flyers and reception signs. A scan opens your business page without customers having to search for your name.
Your business URL and promotional QR code come with Starter, Pro and Business. There is no separate fee for the link or QR code.
Your promotional QR opens your business website. Accept payment at the venue without uploading documents here. To display your GCash, Maya or QR Ph receiving number and payment QR, submit the applicable business and branch documents for review. Online receiving details stay disabled until approval; your regular contact number remains available.

Customers send their deposit or payment straight to your receiving account. We do not collect, hold or transfer booking payments for you.
You receive the money.
Check your actual GCash account to confirm receipt. A payment screenshot alone is not confirmation.
You handle refunds.
The business that received the money handles refunds under its published policy and applicable law.
You choose whether payment is needed.
Accept payment at the venue without uploading documents here. Deposits and full prepayment through GCash require reviewed business and branch evidence. Uploading alone does not unlock GCash.
The business’s software subscription is separate from customer booking payments. Staff review payment proofs, check actual funds and record collections or refunds in the business workspace. Fictional examples are labelled separately.
Your private business setup and verification documents are protected by sign-in, business-specific permissions and private file storage. Another business cannot access your private records. Saving your setup does not publish it.
No GCash? No document submission.
We request business documents only if you choose to display a GCash, Maya or QR Ph receiving number or payment QR and accept customer payments directly through that account. Choose payment at the venue and skip document submission.
Your permits stay private.
Documents are used to review your business, branch and authority to use the receiving account. Access is limited to your authorized owner account and authorized verification reviewers. Permits do not appear on your customer-facing website.
You keep control of the choice.
Your regular contact number remains available without GCash. Receiving details and QR upload remain disabled until approval. Customers pay your business directly; we do not collect, hold or transfer their booking payments.
From your first branch to payments and future growth, here’s what to expect.
Choose Chat with support in your business admin panel. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, Philippine time. You can leave a message outside those hours for the next working day. Replies appear in your private conversation; response time depends on team availability.
Bring booking details, customer names, recorded deposits, balances and follow-ups into a clearer view. The aim is to help your team answer availability and payment questions without piecing the story together from separate messages and notes.
No. The product covers scheduling needs across restaurants, clinics, professional practices, salons, venues, studios and other businesses. The working reservation pilot is for courts; other operational booking models need their own implementation and testing. Try the setup walkthrough to explore the options for your business.
Yes. Starter covers one branch. Pro covers up to three, and Business covers up to ten, with paid extra branches available on Business. Choose for the number of locations your business needs.
Yes. Try your setup on the landing page. Choose a business type, branch count and customer preferences to see an illustrative setup and plan estimate. The walkthrough does not save or submit those answers.
After business approval. You can create an account and prepare your private business draft first, so setup time does not reduce the trial. Registering does not start a paid subscription automatically.
No. Account creation, private setup, business review and public publication are separate steps. Public listings and payment instructions must meet the applicable verification requirements before activation.
Every business receives its own hosted business URL and promotional QR code at no extra charge with every plan. Share them on social media, in ads, messages, posters and printed materials. They lead to your business page. The tools for publishing your business link and downloading your QR code are still being completed.
Yes. Set up your business website once, share its link and promotional QR on your social media pages, and update your photos, services, contact details and branch information later. Your promotional QR opens your page; enabling GCash payments is a separate choice.
No. The promotional QR opens your business page. Your payment QR directs customers to your receiving account. Use the correct QR for each purpose and make its destination clear to customers.
Yes. Business setup includes a logo, optional tagline or USP, cover and gallery photos. There is no gallery-count cap; we suggest fewer than ten strong photos showing the venue and amenities. Each upload must still meet the file type, size and image-dimension requirements shown in the uploader.
The branch structure supports a shared business identity with location-specific details. A branch can use business branding or its own branding override, address, map, contacts and photos. Scheduling rules, services and staff must be configured for the relevant location; the full branch operations workflow is still being completed.
A hosted business URL is included with the plan, so a separate domain purchase is not required for that URL. A privately owned custom domain is a separate option whose support and terms have not yet been finalized.
Owners can add a Google Maps location link in branch setup. Check that the pin points to the correct entrance or establishment, and include useful directions or landmarks. Each branch needs its own correct location.
Your business chooses whether guest booking is allowed or a customer account is required. Account requirements, payment requirements and booking approval are separate choices. The public customer account and booking flows still need to be completed end to end.
Yes. A service can require no payment, allow payment later or on site, require a deposit, or require full prepayment. No-payment bookings must not require a payment QR or proof of payment.
Yes, manual business review is a separate setup choice from payment. You can choose automatic availability checks or manual review. In both cases, staff must call the customer at the number they supplied and confirm the appointment before marking it confirmed. A deposit does not replace that call.
That is part of the service setup design. A free consultation and a prepaid service can coexist within one business. Duration, availability, price, payment and approval rules need to be configured for the relevant service. The current hourly court editor does not yet implement all service models.
The business sets the applicable rescheduling, cancellation and no-show rules and shows them before booking. A change must keep the booking history and account for availability and any money already received. The current demo illustrates these situations; live operational actions are still being connected.
The system is designed to stop the same space or person being booked twice at the same time, and to keep reservations within available seating or class capacity. Those checks must work for each type of booking. The live customer booking features are still being completed and tested.
QR-based calendar connection is the planned approach for customers and business owners on Android and iPhone. Scanning will open a secure connection page, where you choose your calendar and approve access. Confirmed bookings, reschedules and cancellations should then be reflected in the connected calendar. This connection is not active yet. We have removed the one-time calendar downloads; no calendar account is currently connected through this website.
Yes. A business contact number is separate from its payment-receiving number. The booking experience includes a call-business contact path. A telephone call does not automatically verify a payment; staff must still check the receiving account and record the decision.
No. Customers pay your business directly through your own GCash account or other supported receiving method. We do not collect, hold or transfer those booking funds. Your software subscription is separate from customer booking payments.
No. A receipt image is evidence for review, not proof that funds arrived. Your authorized staff must check the actual receiving account and record whether payment was received. An unchecked receipt must remain separate from verified collections.
The business that received the money handles the refund under its disclosed policy and applicable law. Cancellation and refund status are separate: a canceled reservation does not establish that money has been returned.
The financial report demo shows verified collections, deposits, pending verification, refunds and net collections across daily, weekly and monthly views. Current figures are fictional examples; reports still need to be connected to real operating records.
No. Recorded collections show money received, with refunds accounted for separately. They do not subtract all business expenses or establish accounting profit. A pending receipt is not a verified collection.
Start with your branch count: Starter is ₱999 per month for one branch, Pro is ₱1,999 for up to three, and Business is ₱3,499 for up to ten. Additional branches on Business are ₱299 each per month after ten. Applicable taxes and other fees are separate. Compare plans.
Yes. The approved rule is an immediate upgrade with a prorated price difference for the remaining billing period. The new monthly price applies at the next renewal. You must see the price, charge and effective date before confirming. Paid plan-change controls are not yet connected.
A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal once your business fits the smaller plan’s branch allowance. The current plan stays in effect until then. Changing plans does not erase branch records or cancel existing customer reservations. Read the plan-change details.
No. The walkthrough creates no subscription or payment. Trial registration records a plan preference; subscription checkout and automatic charging are not enabled.
The exact expiry, renewal, cancellation, grace-period and data-retention terms still need to be finalized before paid billing starts. Changing or canceling a subscription must not erase branch data or cancel existing customer reservations. The business remains responsible for those bookings and any applicable refunds.
Your private setup and verification documents require sign-in and business-specific permission. Another business cannot access your private records. Verification documents are limited to your authorized owner account and authorized platform reviewers; support access alone does not grant access to permits. They are not published on your business website. Saving a draft does not publish it. Read our business-information safeguards.
We request business documents only if you choose GCash receiving details or a payment QR for customers to pay your business directly. If you choose payment at the venue, you can skip document submission. Upload operator registration once for the same legal business; provide the current Business / Mayor’s Permit for each applicable branch and professional credentials where needed. GCash remains disabled until the documents and receiving account are approved. Your regular contact number stays available. Businesses remain responsible for the valid permits and licences required to operate. Read the eligibility terms.
No. Review helps establish the operator’s identity, authority to operate and association with the payment recipient. It does not guarantee service delivery, receipt of funds or a refund, and is not a government endorsement.
Yes. In Business setup, use + Add owner or + Add administrator. Each person accepts an invitation through their own verified account. Owners control the business, team access and booking removal. Administrators manage daily bookings, customer calls, changes and internal booking notes. Changes show the responsible account and the date and time; administrators cannot remove bookings or edit the audit history.
Yes. The business must call the number supplied by the customer, speak to them and confirm the appointment details before marking the booking confirmed. This applies whether a deposit was paid or not. Automatic checks and payment verification do not replace the call. A rescheduled appointment needs a new confirmation call.
Your private records are restricted to authorized people in your business and the branches they manage. These access restrictions must also apply to customer bookings, reports and staff accounts as those features are completed. Public business pages must not display private customer lists, receipts or permit documents.
The current scope is scheduling and the information necessary to arrange a visit or service. It is not a clinical-record or legal case-management system. Do not put diagnoses, confidential case details or sensitive documents into general booking forms or feature requests. See the Privacy Statement.
Choose “Other” or the custom option in the setup walkthrough to explore that path. We can review the workflow you need and discuss a suitable solution. The saved owner feature-request form and platform review queue still need implementation; the walkthrough does not submit a request.
We will review the need and discuss feasibility, scope, any cost and delivery timing with you before agreeing to development. A request is not an automatic commitment to free custom work or a guaranteed launch date.
That is part of the universal setup design—for example, a restaurant with a function room or a studio with classes and private appointments. Each model needs the right availability and customer fields; selecting a category does not activate an unsupported booking engine.
