DRAFT FOR REVIEW · OCTOBER 19, 2026

Terms of Service

How the scheduling service, participating businesses and customers are intended to work together.

1. The service and its current status

The platform provides scheduling and business-management software. Participating businesses provide the actual court, table, appointment, venue or other service. This local preview is under development. Sample reservations, businesses and financial summaries are illustrations, not live transactions or verified listings.

2. Accounts and business information

Use an email you control, protect your password and provide accurate information you are authorized to submit. Upload only documents and images you have the right to use. Keep staff access appropriate to their duties. Business setup does not automatically approve or publish a listing.

3. Business eligibility, permits and payment authority

Only businesses and professional practices that are lawfully registered, where registration is required, and hold the valid permits, licences and approvals applicable to their activities and locations are eligible for public listing and bookings. Creating an account or uploading a document does not constitute approval.

Businesses may choose payment at the venue without submitting business documents to enable that payment option on this platform. Document submission is optional for that option; it does not remove the business’s legal responsibility to hold the permits and licences required to operate. Website setup and later edits are separate from approval of online payment instructions.

To display a GCash, Maya or QR Ph receiving number or payment QR, the business must submit the applicable operator and branch evidence and obtain platform approval of those documents and the receiving account. Online receiving fields remain disabled before approval, while review is pending, or when approval expires or is suspended. The regular business contact number remains available. This evidence includes operator registration, the current Business / Mayor’s Permit for the establishment where required, and applicable professional or activity-specific licences. Business-name registration alone does not establish authority to operate. Any claimed exemption must be supported and reviewed.

Business-level registration documents may be reused across branches only where they cover the same registered operator and applicable scope. Each location must provide the permits and other evidence applicable to that establishment. Professional credentials belong to the individual practitioner and must cover the services they offer.

The business must also demonstrate that it is authorized to offer the listed services, receive the requested booking payments and use the displayed GCash account, receiving number or payment QR. The recipient must be the business, its registered proprietor or a recipient whose authority and association with the business have been reviewed and approved. A permit alone does not verify ownership or authority over a receiving account.

Businesses must keep documents and payment details accurate and current, provide renewed documents when applicable, and notify the platform of expiry, suspension, revocation or changes to ownership, location or payment recipient. Approval does not extend automatically to a new branch or replacement payment account. The platform may withhold approval or restrict affected listings, new bookings or payment instructions while missing, expired, misleading or disputed evidence is reviewed.

Document review helps establish the operator’s identity, operating authority and association with the payment recipient. Approval is not a government endorsement or a guarantee against fraud, of service delivery, of payment receipt or of a refund. Businesses remain responsible for lawful operations, customer services and funds received; applicable customer rights are unaffected.

4. Customers pay the business directly

Customers send booking payments directly to the business’s own GCash account or other supported receiving method. The platform does not collect, hold, settle or transfer these booking funds. A displayed QR or uploaded screenshot does not establish that money was received. The receiving business must check its actual account and record the payment decision.

Customers should check the recipient and amount before sending money and contact the business using its published number if receipt is unclear. A call does not automatically confirm a payment or reservation. Live payment instructions and proof submission are not yet available in this preview.

5. Booking, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Each business sets the applicable service, account, payment, approval, rescheduling and cancellation rules. These must be shown before a live booking is accepted. Payment requirements and booking approval are separate choices; some services need no payment or allow payment on site.

The business that received the money handles any refund under its disclosed policy and applicable law. The platform’s role is to record the request, decision and evidence when that workflow is available. No universal cancellation window, refund percentage or refund deadline has been adopted. Mandatory customer rights remain applicable.

6. Software subscriptions and trial

Business subscriptions pay for software, separately from customers’ booking payments. The trial lasts 14 days beginning after business approval. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. Monthly plan prices are displayed on the pricing page; subscription checkout and automatic billing are not enabled.

Upgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation, with a prorated charge for the price difference over the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, provided the business fits the target plan’s branch allowance. The current plan remains in effect until that renewal. The recurring price, any prorated upgrade charge and effective date must be presented before confirmation. Changing or canceling a software subscription must not erase branch data or cancel existing customer reservations; the business remains responsible for fulfilling those reservations and handling any applicable refunds.

Renewal, tax treatment, subscription cancellation, grace periods, data export and treatment after expiry still require final terms before paid billing launches. No booking commission policy has been finalized.

7. Privacy and appropriate use

Do not submit false payment evidence, impersonate a business, access another business’s private information or upload content without authority. The Privacy Statement explains current data handling and the details still required before launch. This preview is not a place to store diagnoses, clinical notes or confidential legal case records.

8. Contact, complaints and final terms

For questions about a booking, payment or refund, contact the business providing the service. Signed-in businesses can use the private support chat. A public privacy-request contact and business-reporting process must be completed before public launch; see the contact placeholders below.

Final operator identity and contact details, complaint handling, suspension and appeal procedures, service commitments, liability provisions and dispute arrangements remain subject to review. Material terms must be presented before live acceptance; this page does not imply acceptance of a future version.
